Who is camp for?

Any girl who is going to be in high school in the fall of ’18 (rising college frosh welcome too!!!!)

Typical Schedule for each of the High School weeks:
Mon:

Check in from 9 am till 11 on campus at Washington College.
11-noon get to know the coaches and the boathouse.
noon-Lunch
1-4 pm row on the Chester River/WC Boathouse
5:30 pm Dinner
6:30–sunset–Row
Lights out at 10:30

Tuesday and Wed:
7 am–Wake up and breakfast
8-11:30–Rowing session at the boathouse
noon–lunch
Afternoon sessions of strength training, nutrition, college admissions prep, and much more.
5:30 pm–Dinner
6:30–Sunset–evening row
Lights out at 10 pm

Thursday:
7 am–Wake up and breakfast
8-11:30–Rowing session at the boathouse
noon–lunch
2 pm-4 pm: parents and friends invited out on the water to watch the campers up close as we do a series of small races on the river.
5 pm: Check out and goodbye

**all times and schedule are approximate and subject to change based on the weather and the coaches desires.

When is check in?  Check in for the high school camps will be the Monday morning that camp starts beginning at 9 am.

When is check out?  Check out for the high school camp will be at 5 pm on the Thursday afternoon of that week.

Are the dorms air conditioned? Oh yes.

What about food? 3 meals a day are provided in the Washington College Dining Hall. We will have snacks as well and water and gatorade at the boathouse.
